Me ,my wife and our son is already have PR.I'm in the process of preparing documents to sponsor my US born daughter for PR.In the sponsorship evaluation form (IMM 5481 ) I have the following questions.

A) Net income (12 preceding the application date) - I just moved to Canada on PR couple of weeks back so i have got only two paychecks so far ... Will the application get rejected if I just mention the salary out of two paychecks or is it ok to mention the annual package ?

B) I assume below questions
4. Yourself ?1
5 a) Current undertaking ? 1
6 a )Persons not included in 5 ? 1
6 b) Every other family member ? 1
Rest all zero so total comes to 4 ,Is this correct ?

Appreciate if you answer.

You won't be able to provide income for 12 months preceding the application date since you just moved back to Canada some weeks back.....and may not have filed Canadian tax for the most recent year.......you are provided with options in the checklist.......i may be wrong but don't think IRCC will reject your dependent child sponsorship.

In the Dependent Child sponsorship checklist.....look in PART B......Employment/Source of Support .....if you cannot provide your most recent Notice of Assessment.

Employment/Source of Support -
If you are working in Canada,.......
If you cannot provide your most recent Notice of Assessment or proof of income statement (Option C) for the most recent taxation year, you must provide and explanation on a separate sheet of paper accompanied by whatever financial documentation you can to show that you can support the person you are sponsoring.

Will advice you provide financial documentation or plan, proof you have income to support your child, any savings, any financial investments, your current salary, employment potential, etc to support your application.........you could also have your spouse sign as Co-sponsor if your spouse is working and earning income and have other finance to support.

Its not mandatory you meet LICO if sponsoring a dependent child who does not have dependent child of their own.

Refer......Sponsorship Guide......You can become a sponsor if you are:

Note: In most cases, there is no low-income-cut-off (LICO) for spouse, partner or dependent child sponsorships. However, if either a spouse or partner you’re sponsoring has as dependent child who has dependent children of their own, or a dependent child you are sponsoring has a dependent child of their own, you must meet a minimum LICO score, which is determined by the Canadian government each year.

It is asking for your last 12 months of income, NOT your last 12 months of income in Canada.
