Child citizenship certificate not out after 2 years please help

Hello every one I send my child born out side canada citizenship application in aug 2018 I check the online last month after 2 years it said dicision made since den there is no letter or massage from cic did any body know what could have happen thanks

Did u apply outside canada? If u did, high consulate where u submitted the application will contact u upon arrival of the citizenship certificate. U can contact the embassy if still not received by end of september.

if inside canada or in usa, u just have to wait for it to arrive in the post.

Send CIC an inquiry (from their website), or contact your area's MP

Or contact the Canadian embassy where you applied from (if outside canada)

Thanks guys I apply inside canada for my son when i call the call center they said is just to print the cetificate but is been over 2mth now noting came
