Child born outside canada to PR parent?

Hi,
I am expecting to have my baby soon and hold PR. As I need additional support, the baby will be born outside of Canada. Is there a way of getting a TRV or visa for the baby from outside canada? Has anybody had any experience.

Yes, they need a passport and then you need to apply for a TRV so they can come to Canada with you and you can begin the sponsorship process.
