Child born abroad/verification of parent citizenship/update additional family in

I am a naturalized cabadian citizen (not born canadian ) and my baby has born outside canada. We are applying for his citizenship certificate and temporary passport. We have already filled up the forms. Also I have sponsored my husband before my baby was born. I just came to know that we have to update the additional family information form. But what would be the exact procedure for that? We have already emailed abudhabi embassy about birth of our child through email. They have not asked for any form.
Also, there is one more thing when I was looking at website of canadian embassy in abudhabi to find out the application for citizenship certificate for child born abroad, they asked I need to verify my citizenship prior to submitting those forms and I need to fill up some form for that. I guess that the e-mail is enough to inform them of the change in you family...
but I would send a fax or a letter informing the event...
and would keep copies to probe.....

The Embassy of Canada requires an additional form to be filled and sent to Canada to verify how the applicant (Canadian parent) obtained citizenship. This should be done on a separate trip prior to bringing in all the documents. For this, all that is needed is the original citizenship card of the Canadian parent.

But on website they did not give any link of the form .....???
