I really need help. I have to apply for my husband sponsorship and the checklist is asking for child birth certificate which shows names of both parents name. Since my husband is not here in Canada, I only put my name on the birth certificate.

In order to have father name on the birth certificate, he has to sign it and stuff. Which takes long time. (more than 8 weeks to process + time to fill out the form and sign )
The sponsorship checklist wants birth certificate with both parents name. Is there a way I can have it with my name on it? My two friends got away with it since their husbands were not here as well. And they did not have any issues. But I'm worried as they can create issues

As you've already been told, not an issue.

I'm getting so many different responses. I contacted the service Ontario and they said once you said all the paper work back to us, it takes upto 8 weeks. And I seriously don't got time to wait that long. So should I just send it as it is and write an explanation? Or no need for an explanation. Actually this is my second time applying for my husband sponsorship as the first one got refused cause our marriage wasn't complete (all the wedding events). So I'm scared what if they send my paper work back again for such a small thing even though my 2 friends got away with it.
Another thing is my husband did his police certificate way back in Jan 2020 as I was supposed to send all the forms back then but due to pregnancy and covid 19, it got held back. And now his police certificate is ending in July 2020. So I want to send the papers before then
