Dear Uchematt,

In simple words dont send your application in case the NOC you are applying has filled for the year. In case it has filled, previous UCI or updated employer letter wont do any good. Your application will be returned to you. Apply only when your NOC is selected for the coming year list of occupations in demand or choose other way to apply.

Yes, I agree too with harry aussie. Any support evidence, case numbers, UCI become irrelevant if your application does not fit into the NOC requirement or quota.

I just checked and there is no additional line. I think both of our files have reached NDVO since we got AOR email from ND. Now, yours may have started processing with an assigned Visa Officer, so there is a real online update. This is a good indicator that your file has moved ahead in some way. We may or may not be in the same line as to say, like me first and you second . Many factors play on how fast files are processed.

Yes I hope so too, but I am on cruise ship right now, if I get email I will have to rush home for medicals, PPR etc. I am coming home June 6th.

How much time you get to complete medicals, pay landing fee and submit your passport?

Hi bro they gave ne 45 days to submit all things including Pcc from Australia but i have already submited at application time. hi can you plz let me now chefprasi submited pcc or not did hi get his visa or not yet. best of luck again. God bless all

no bro I did not submit FBI report, but earlier I explained my case that I did not stay in any country for more than 6 mnts. They replied me asking for the rest, I.e pp, Indian pcc, rprf and medical. I hv sent those things and rprf en cashed on 11 Apr.and waiting for the visa now. What do u think vo they ask me for FBI if they need it, or not.

Yes your right ship life is very very tough, its not for everyone. Besides being very very busy, the internet in very expensive, slow and uncertain. And on port days we may or may not get time to check email on land. But good international exposure, good certifications, you get opportunity to learn different cuisines.
And good money.
