All the best Patissier! Desserts have always been my favorite. A great meal with a delicate dessert is like a marriage made in heaven.

First of all, thank you everyone who contributed to this thread and keeping it alive.

I was super busy working long hours at the hotel for the divali plus marriage season. Also I gave the IELTS again and got a 8 band score - I submitted my application on 12.12.11

Also wishing my friend Amitalan all the best, we did have some arguments but I have put those behind me. Amitalan I want to listen to your updates as usual. Do keep us informed.

Then Dr. Hasib, I wish him all the best, he has helped one too many on this forum.

I will be continuously updating this thread as things mature. Wishing everyone all the best! 8)

Following are the words from the letter that i received from vo.

" I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you mey not meet the requirements for immigration to canada.

After conducting verifications of your employment, i have credible information which indicates to me that your reference letter dated "may 2011" is not genuine. I am not therefore satisfied that you have the experience as claimed in the letter said to be writen and signed by XXXX( my ex employer) in may 2011. You are hereby given an opportunity to respond to this concern.

Before i make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to this issue. If you choose not to respond with additional information i will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.

I look forward to receiving your additional information.

**** please note that no verification call has been made to my ex employer. I think this a standard way to reconfirm my ex employment. Any suggestions forum members ???.

so what did u finally do dude???

"6242 Cooks NOC is no longer available as per HRSDC, and it has been merged with 6322 NOC, which comes under skill level C. That would mean, anyone applying under this NOC is not eligible for FSW application.

my consultant sucks at doing anything to help...i have give him ideas rather than he giving me ideas.

I dont understand the need to go to consultants... They are looters and we can easily file our own application.
