Crook, i am in Australia right now. Will fly to Canada in november for 3 weeks.

go to cic.gc.ca u will find email id there...send a mail with all the details like name,dob,passport num,noc applied etc they wilk reply in 20 working days...

i got reply that my appl is returned on april 27th n so far i havent received it

Thanks Crook123 for the info, can i mail from my hotmail account (I have given hotmail account in the contact details) or do i have to send the details through CSE form from the CIC site.???


Sad to hear that CIC has stopped the FSW category till january 2013. I doubt whether they will start in January or postpone again till July 2013.

My Application Reached on 28th March till now no news, keeping my hopes alive till i get some info from CIC

I'm positive bro and will wait till the time new rules don't come out.

Bro, we would need to accept the new changes & also, we don't have any choice.

I would suggest be ready with your application in advance for Jan, 2013 (or the day when it opens) because it's just a matter of 6 months and we've put our lot of efforts to make our dreams true. So don't waste your single effort & make your hope alive !!

Most importantly, as i said in the begining of this thread - MAKE THIS THREAD ALIVE TILL THE TIME WE DON'T LAND TO CANADA \m/

The news is correct that there is no more intake till jan 2013., but some amendments are being done which i believe will be to expedite the immigration process.


Lets hope the new rules are not a hindrance but benefit to us in faster immigration process.

New rules will be in our favour, so no worries at all.

Since CIC is planning to create a separate trade skilled program, in which people like us would be able to achieve more points (be it IELTS, work experience, age or education)

My personal opinion get all your documents ready in advance & send them on time as program opens.

hello brother i have got an email from new delhi that procedural fairness letter has been mailed to you on sep 26 at my canadian adresss .i was just wondering since you got one letter same as mine how long did it take for the letter to come .and how long did it take you to get decision made after you sent the letter to new delhi.any help would be great from your end.i have applied PR under spouce sponsership plese help me if u can
