Please don't apologize friend. You are more than welcome and would like to help in every possible way.

I just wanted to save some of your money. Even if the rules remain same,( which i think wont happen ) you will have time to organize documents because these NOC's dont get filled easily. According to your scores it will be a cakewalk for you to get 7.5 in listening. You can gather all other documents by the time.

Dear friends, i can personaly call you in case you have any doubt about the application process. Just message me your number and we will try to workout the confusions.

Harry, I completely agree you on this that these NOC's dont get filled easily. The reason i said to re-appearing for the test was to be on the safer side. I also agree - this time people like us (chef/cook) may get some relief over language efficiency (& CIC may get extra points for work experience).

Talking about gathering documents, it's almost ready from my side since i was just left with IELTS score to be included in my application.

If you don't mind, as a younger bro, may i ask you in which country you are currently living in? As per you status, you applied from Australia and i'm guessing you're in Australia right now. Are you an Indian or Aussie?

Nitin, i am an Indian living in Australia and hold a permanent visa. I will be applying for Australian citizenship this year, so still Indian.

that's great harry, what make you think of moving from Australia to Canada? I guess both the countries are developed and don't require person from moving to another country (this is what i think). Anyways, r u currently working as Chef/cook?

My wife is on a student visa in Canada. I dit it for her as i dont want her to pay international student fee. I am 25 and had love marriage so to convince my mother in law for marriage i assured her that i will help her daughter in PR. Well she will complete her nursing in Canada and move to Australia. We dont have plans to migrate to Canada.

I am not working in the profession from last 2 years. Before i lodged my application i had an experience of 2 years part time.

should v send spouse transcrits as well

is birth certificate mandatory for spouse???

Dear Crook,

Yes we need to send transcripts for spouse in case we are claiming points for the same. Birth certificate is also mendatory. I think NDVO accepts 10 th certificate in lieu of birth certificate.

ok...my spouse doesnt have birth certuficate so shld i consult mch n try to get BC or 10th cert is good to go...

bro, i would suggest you to attach original birth certificate rather than providing 10th certificate. The reason why i'm saying so because i also consulted this thing with my consultant, he also said me to attach your birth certificate instead of 10th certificate.

So, i'll be attaching my birth certificate, not sure 10th certificate would work or not. Don't take any chance otherwise it may delay your application process.

Harry, would you like to add something here?

so its mandatory for co applicant as well to show BC...

yes bro, read point no. 16 in document checklist, here is the link :

www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf

hope this will clear your doubts !!

I did't provide BC of me and my wife when i applied. VO asked for the BC's after file reached there.

NDVO accepts 10 th certificate but as Nitin has mentioned BC is always the best bet.
