do we need to tick √ ques no.3 about children's in sponsor s documents and qus no. 3 about children's in sponsored spouse documents.we don't have any child so far.

Question 3 on the IMM5533 document is about Application Fee. are you sure u are referring to the right document?

You need to answer all the questions in order to have a complete Application. If you do not have children together then the answer is "No" so you need to check off "NO".
