checklist form not submitted with application

I was not aware that checklist form is also part of application form, and I did not attach it. Will they reject my application. I have submitted documents on 27th December. I am really upset about this blunder. All other documents are complete and were in order. The booking agent at courier office also check all the forms but he did not ask for checklist form. Please reply urgent

1. Checklist has nothing to do with decision making process; so don't worry.

Checklist is for your own reference. So no worry

In BD, VFS doesnt even ask for it
