Checking status - Spousal Application

Hey guys,

so… a noob question. I’ve applied for my spouse’s PR and on the portal https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login it still shows the status as “Submitted” even though she has received the biometrics request and another request for a missing document.

Is there any other portal where a more detailed status is available?

Create a cic account link the application there and you’ll get the updates on that site.

Tried that but she’s unable to link the application to that account. It keeps saying there’s no application it could find.

It never changes. You do not track the application there.

There are two trackers the new PR tracker and GC Key - you can link there
