hey bro ur profile is good but u r ielts score is too low and u need to reappear with u ielts test . and should take more score which can give u visa .

I know i can do much better in ielts.
My friend got 6.5
L-7.5
R-6.5
S-6.5
W-5.5
So he can apply or not?

The IELTS score shouldn't be less than 6.0 in any of the four modules. Moreover, if you're planning to do a post graduate program, then it shouldn't be less than 6.5. Check program requirements of the programs you're applying for. For Visa purposes, 6.0 is sufficient.

bro i m applying for undergraduate and u can also see on the cic webstie the ielts score in spp is 6.0 not less than 5.5
