Cheapest way to transport houshold goods from USA to Canada

Friends,

We are moving form USA ( California ) to Dawson Creek BC ( Canada ) and would like to know the cheast shippers/ movers for our house hold good ranging from 50-60 KGS..Thanks in advance..

Please keep in mind cheapness also comes with fair bit of risk. Cheap movers may not be as careful and goods will not be insured.

Thanks a lot for taking ur time and replying..yeah I totally agree with you have said.but actually this move was intened for house -hold used utensils, old clothes..so was looking for some reasonable movers.

anyways , are u are aware of good movers from USA to Canada ?

For that weight I doubt you will find a mover or shipper that will charge cheap. It may make more sense if you had much more weight to look for a moving company but in your situation contact Fedex (ask for Fedex ground), USPS (I find them usually cheaper), or DHL (I think they only ship international now). You should use their packaging if possible, it may be cheaper than using your own packaging.
