Cheapest university in Ontario

Can any one please tell me which university in Ontario region offers the lowest tuition fees for Masters in Electrical program.

I'm not sure but I think it's Ottawa university.

I'm just focusing on Quebec that's why. The new thing for this university is that it offers exemptions from additional fees for international students but with some conditions you have to take a look.

Thanks, I checked the website of University of Ottawa and its tuition fee is $ 6,108.73 per semester which I can't afford.

Is there any university in Alberta which offers same fee like Memorial and Victoria university i.e $ 6-7K per year?

Can any one please tell me which area offers more part time jobs for student St. John's Newfoundland or Victoria British Columbia?
