Cheapest colleges/universities in Canada for Foreign Students?

Just like the title says... I'm looking into signing up for a diploma course (2 years) but I'm very much on a budget. Currently living in Calgary but would be willing to move somewhere else if I find a cheaper college or university then here.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

how u doin? have u got any news from embassy as u completed your medical on 3 dec so its been long time .I also completed my medical on 9th dec.but still no news. embassy asked for new acceptance letter for jan 2015 and I send it too now only 15 days remaining in my classes.i m so worried
lets share our hard time and experience together as I struggle a lot for this now I cant afford to b rejected .

I applied for social sciences undergrad to university of Toronto
I ve bank statement 34000$ nd I attached my property paper as my father is farmer.and I also attached farms BUSINESS proof.
my elder bro live in US he is citizen over there my parents also lives there.they going to sponser me.i attached his wages nd income tax return papers nd sponser letter of both my dad nd bro.i live here with my younger bro
nd tell me is there any chances of rejection as I completed all the steps like medical nd all that

i am sorry my fault i didn't know that u r a girl...
i have applied for business management course at u o Manitoba but will take transfer to u o Toronto.
i have shown a bank statement of 98,000 CAD & attached property papers to..
have u paid the 1 semester fee?..
if yes than it's fine
2 of my friends are leaving today for toronto...
me & 1 of my friend is still waiting my friend shehzad has also completed his medical on 9 dec..

paying fee is not mandatory for visa u r right but just to be on the safe side i have done & most of the people on this form have done the same.
INSHALLAH we will get the visa on time..
my friends have applied a week before me so that should be around 25 to 27 october.. & they have planed to study in manitoba...
i have also completed my HSC in Science but i want to continue my studies in business..
hope to see u in u o toronto..

embassy took so long to answer me abt 5 months nd they replied u in just 1 month that means they r more concern abt Karachi wala people rather than Islamabad wala RIGHT???
anyways TALHA could u plz tell me that did u see any applicant who done with medical nd got rejected due to some other reason I mean not bcoz they were nt medically fit.
i really feeling relax talking to u

pleasure is all mine..
u can definetly fulfill u r dream & anyway u can change u r course right after landing in canada..actually i didn't agree with the karachi & islamabad difference let me tell you a story of an islamabad applicant her name is sabeh she had applied on 08 november with upfront medical & got the visa on 28 november..so there is no difference between.
i haven't seen an applicant who was rejected after medical unless he\she has some serious disease..
i am planing to submit my deferal letter after 30 dec..if they didn't issue me visa..till 30 what about u?
