i block the ticket as i am waiting for visa. they offered me at 42500 rupees, early the same ticket was 41000 rupees one week back.

Do u need transit visa or schnegen visa to go via Zurich.

You don't need any visa for that unless you wan to exit airport .

not required bro. you will be waiting in international terminal area (which is after immigration, who ever coming to that area in airport they must pass thur immigration check, only then they can enter this place where you will be waiting) you will not be permitted to go out. we can not go out of immigration check point, though u can do shopping and resturant and other stuff in airport lot of time pass thing in the boarding area so no problem. in fact it is better to take a two or three flight rather than one long flight. i am a frequent traveller as i am marine engineer i do travel international 4 or 5 five a year.

Thanks bro for all the info. I am sort of confused because my travel agent is offering me a very expensive fare and though I have looked around most of the websites still not getting a good ideal. Which airline would u be flying. My travel agent told me that some EU countries require transit visa even if u are transiting via those countries. also cannot go via US and will require US visa.
