Cheap Room near U of M for students coming to winnipeg this may 2014

i have a large room very close to U of M. It is a large room so you can share it with one of your friends so that it will be very cheap . the room includes 1 double bed , 1 single bed , 2 closets and two separate study tables with comfortable chairs. it is very convenineant for students who are new in winnipeg because it is very close to university and also for 2 friends who are willing to live together as the room has all the facilities for 2 people and also it is very cheap .. around 300 dollar for each student !! if you are interested then let me know .. the room will be available from 1st May 2014 . you can also check the location of the room on Google earth . the address is ( 26 Tunis bay , R3T2X1 ).
