CHEAP PHOTO STUDIO IN EDMONTON for PR application picture

Hi guys! Im trying to find a photo studio in Edmonton where I can take my picture so I can attach it to my PR application but Im having troubles! Went to Walmart and they told me they are not doing that and also called London Drugs and got a same answer!
Where to do it in Edmonton?

Walmart does not have photo studio. But at most edmonton walmart locations, Potrait Studio has a studio. They will do passport photo for 18 bucks.
