I applied in May and received my AOR in June 2005. Talking with some folks on Trackitt.com who applied in 2004, they said they hadn't received their IA yet. One of them said that CHC had told he would receive his IA in 6 weeks which comes to an end in 3 days. He hopes he will receive his IA next week or else he will write again to CHC.

One thing we agreed upon was that CHC Singapore didn't send out IA most of 2007. With CIC having a new office in Bangladesh in Q1 2009, we hope a big part of the load will transfer there that expedites the process in CHC Singapore somehow.

How do you know that CHC Singapore didn't do IA in 2007? I think your application will be processed in 2009. As you said there will be a CHCBangladesh, that is a good news for the backlog in Singapore. That means CIC will provide more officers to reduce the current backlog around the world as the Minister promised in the Q2 of this year. Where did you read the information about CHC Bangladesh?

aghijan, for the last one year it is on the air that CHC Bangladesh will start processing, but not yet done so. Do you have any idea in which month of 2009 they may start..?

Someone who submitted his application in November 2004 received his IA yesterday. Just to let you know when you will probably get your IA.

Apologies, what does IA stand for? AOR is probably - Acknowledgement of Receipt, right?
