I got refusal today. I applied for Professional financial services to Fanshawe College, Ontario, London and refused on the base of limited job experience whereas I have 3 year job experience.

your ielts score is too low, at least overall 6.5 band is required. Improve half band and then apply for a university. You can try out u of regina, U of sas katchewan, university of new brunswick etc these are second tier universities. However, im not sure if they offer a course in your chosen field. You had better check out their corresponding websites.
