Albertacitizen is right we all know how things are in India(or any home country) and so to be positive they do the checks....Well the company closing down is not an issue, CIC understands that all you have to do is send them the exact explaintion but you dont need to worry things should be fine.

I'm also in New Delhi.

Did my Medicals in April and sent passports in April 2009 ( April 12)

i'm still waiting for a VISA and passports to come back since over 4 months now

i have checked with chc, new delhi and theyve replied by saying that they cannot gimme regular updates on my case.
