Hi inderdeep228 ,

The delay time which shows on the site is quarterly average time.

There was a strike held for 3-4 months and it was ended up in the month of Oct 2013. Hence People who applied between April-Oct 2013 faced delays. Average Processing time has been effected due to this.

Now there is no strike, Hence we all get the visa at right time hopefully.

I agree with you but didnt understand if they will not clear previous ones how they will come to the normal processing tine

I dont think ielts is must but if you are going on some skill job and if language ability is showed on your lmo in that case it is must. Still i believe submission of ielts is always have positive approach. Dont go without ielts
