Working full time for well established company. Where i am working i have to get the work authorization from RCMP and CBSA. so there is no doubt about any criminal record on my name, i am still working there.

My divorce was uncontested so, it is easy for them to make a final review.

Please all divorce people share their thoughts at this forum

Hello,
Was it first marriage for your spouse in canada? and did ur spouse hire a lawyer?

You are divorced. Is this the first marriage for your current spouse, or has she been divorced too?
New Delhi is usually pretty fast, but they do expect the husband and wife to be 'compatible'. That means if there are any differences, processing can take longer, in particular because they will want an interview.
This is particularly true if it was an arranged marriage. The visa officer will want to know why the Indian woman's parents agreed to an arranged marriage with a divorced Canadian man.

Can you give us more details on your case? I realize the above scenario might not apply to you at all, but it is one reason where delays are common.

Hey Cadwomen
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, yes we have some common compatibly , we both had a divorced previously
first marriage was not last long a 15 days, for both of us. we knew each other before our first marriage, but there is just a good friendship, but back in 2011 i went to India for just a visit at that time and we have decided to tie up a marriage relationship.
She had an interview and Visa officer more likely questioned her about the genuineness of our marriage, Vo did not asked anything about, her divorced papers, VO thinks that divorce paper is sufficient on her side, but they have asked for petition paper from my side, when i got a divorced in Canada. so we have provide them a documents accordingly right after the interview.
she had an interview in July-2012 ecas indicates that your file is under process from September-2012.
I have emailed them couple of time about the expiration of her medicals but there is no response from their side.
I have met the Local Mps couple of times he is just telling me your file is under background check. you have to wait.

please share your thoughts.

It's probably just taking a bit longer than normal for New Delhi because of your divorce. Whenever the office has to request something, this causes delays. Who knows why really. Sometimes when they request more info, they will put a 'bring forward' date on the file, and that is when they will next look at the file. So even if things were sent in quickly, they might be waiting for this date.
Since both of you were divorced, this should not be a compatibility concern.
