Dear Nector,
I will be applying under the FSW category with an Arranged Employment Offer. Would you have any information regarding the expected timelines for PR application with an approved AEO.
I am an Indian national living in UAE, would you suggest applying to London visa office or to New Delhi?

Thank you for your advice.

ASMB

Dear ASMB,

I will suggest you to apply for your Canadian immigration under skilled worker category at CHC London.

The processing timeframe for arranged employment applications is about 6-8 months at CHC London and your application will be dealt by 'Priority Team' instead of Red Team/White Team.

Dear Noman & Nectar
AOA,
Just wondering from which date this time schedule 78+ may be calculated is it starts after the submission of initial application or from the date when the case is transfered to CHC London?
Would appreciate your prompt reply.

Dear Nectar
I am Oct 2007 FSW applicant . I submitted a postive AEO in May 2010 and I was asked to submit supporting document in Aug with 90 days dead line. I sent All the supporting document in Sept 2010. There after I have not heard anything from CHC london. In response to my recent email they responded on 1st Feb 2011 saying that "Your file is being reviewed by an officer". Untill today I have not heard anything from them.My recent CAIPS (March 15th) show that they have not even calculated my points. CAIPS show BF'D 18-03-2011.
What could be the reason for this delay? can you shed some light on my case. when can I expect Medical Request..?
Regards
Nona

Dear Nectar

I wonder if you can give me any info on how you think our application may progress.
We applied on NOC 0213
2nd AOR from CHC London is dated 26th July 2010
We went into process on 8th Feb 2011 - with RBVO details inside.

Any insight on how you think our application may progress this year would be appreciated.

Thx MLD

Dear Nona007,

If you have been granted 10 points for age and total of 67- means your interview has been waived.

AEO applications are always dealt with highest priority, I will suggest you to send an e-mail by May 01, 2011.

Good Luck !

In my case what time London will take 44+48 or 78+????

I have got a beautiful quote and pleased to present to all forum members
remember

Sacrifice is greater than Love,
Character is greater than Beauty,
Humanity is greater than Wealth..
But Nothing is greater than Good Relations.
Good Relations don’t necessarily mean finding Similarities.
Its just about Respecting Differences.
Yes that's true we should respect each others opinion....

Warm Regards to everyone and Nector just keep it up buddy! :D :D :D
