I got a reply to my enquiry, that my file is waiting to be reviewed by immigrtion officer. Medicals sent on Sept 2007, I am Sept 2007 applicant.

hi nectar, i am 2009 oct applicant i mailedCHC London on 14 mar, in their autoreply they stated that they will contact me in 28 days.so i receive their reply in which they mentioned that we r managing of arrivals and according to last fall 2011 they have enough applications so they cant tell us when exectly they will start on my file.every person in my contact in this forum is sayiny that my NOC 4131 is not in their high priorities so they reply this relevant NOC as it is.give ur comments as i am waiting.ok bye

According to Canadian Immigration Act, every straight forward application must be processed in a strict chronological order.

CHC London process all applications alongside but priority is given to FSWs SAP 2007/Fast Track/Post June 26, 2010 PR applications in a batch pattern. Fast track applications were at highest priority during quarter 1 of 2011.

May be in a wrong thread to ask you a question... does this protocol apply to London VO only or it is applicable at all other Visa Offices ? My file is at Seattle VO and they are not moving at all as we haven't seen any movement there since begin of this year. Thanks for answering this question.

I am an APR-2007 applicant at London CHC. I sent my medical examination reports, updated PCC and updated Sch 1 forms to CHC London in Oct 2010. Since then all my status queries have been answered as "Awaiting B/C results". In Jan 2011 CHC London replied that they await B/C results and PHEP / Passport requests are expected in Spring.

When Can I expect my passport requests for visa stamping.

Dear all,

CHC London has started to send out medical instructions to SAP FSW JULY-AUGUST 2007 applicants from week commenced on March 14, 2011.

These SAP FSW applications may be finalised by June/July 2011 depending upon security checks and submitted medical results.

CHC London supposed to finalise pre February 2008 FSW applications from April 2011 onwards.

If CHC London has done your security checks, you can expect your PHEP anytime.

I applied to LONDON office and ACK in 26/10/2007. from that time till today I didn't receive my UPDATE letter.

I always access to my account online and found it IN PROCESS. kindly, can you till me how much do I have to wait??

Hi Nectar,

I am a june 2007 applicant.Done my medicals in October 2010 and (additional test) in December 2010.I received same reply from CHC London in Jan and in Feb that currently my file is waiting for a review by an officer ,(no mentioning of BG checks) when should I expect my PPR.
