If he cannot provide a source I strongly advise people to ignore this guy's bullcrap.

He said post June 26 applicants at London wouldn't get processed until October 2011 - two post June 26 applicants at London got medical requests at the end of last week.

I'm afraid Mystic Nectar and his crystal ball aren't always right. Please treat his information with extreme care.

Wayne.

Dear qasim786,

It is just a standard reply from CHC London. Your application has not undergone active processing yet and CHC London will probably take 3-4 months to start active processing of your application. Your file may be at microlocater stage for data input processings.

Hi Nectar,

You said last week that Pre June 26 applicants are on highest priority from April-October 2011. Is this the uncertainty you were saying? Especially for those with NOC not in the 29 list? Sorry, I'm lost.. :-X :-[

Thanks.

Dear Nector

A question for you.

I am Aug 2007 Applicant-CHC London (Federal Skilled based). A couple of days ago I got an e-mail as a reply from london office after I sent an Inquiry for status update. My B/G checks have been done which started last year in July'2010 (Pre-med), interview I believed waived-off. My Inquiry is once I receive med. forms along with Fees/Saudi PCC and send them back with in a month or so when I could expect to receive Passport requests?? My conern is they may be keep quiet again for couple of months again and by end of 2011 or early 2012 they ask for passports. or may be in the month of July-Oct I get visa stamped.
kindly share your experiance

Thanks
E-mail Below as ref.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for contacting us. We will be sending your medical forms shortly. Along with the Medical forms we will be requesting for the following

* Updated Police certificates from Saudi Arabia
* Right of Permanent residence fee ( RPRF )

Regards

IMS

Dear Minnesota,

If you will receive the medical instructions from CHC London in March-April 2011 or before June 2011, there will be a bright chance that your application will be finalised by June/July 2011 or by October 2011 respectively.

Applicants who will receive medical instructions from CHC London during 3rd or 4th quarter of 2011 may not be finilised until January 2012.

Dear datuganol,

2nd quarter of 2011 is very important for SAP FSW 2007 applications. Post June 26, 2010 applications may be finalised in 10-14 months at CHC London alongside.

Medical requests to post June 26, 2010 applicants don't mean their applications will be finalised instantaneously at CHC London.

Fair enough, in any case, is it not worth noting that only " 2 people" out of maybe over a thousand applicants have received the so-called Medical requests?.
I mean, he may not be 100% right always, and I for one don't expect him to be, (even CIC London will not give you any 100% binding information put on "black on white").
However, he seems to know quiet well and understands the "FCUKIN", frustrating.......... working pattern of London.

I beg you to just ignore his posts. Thank you.

My dear,

According to Canadian Immigration Act, every straight forward application must be processed in a strict chronological order.

CHC London process all applications alongside but priority is given to FSWs SAP 2007/Fast Track/Post June 26, 2010 PR applications in a batch pattern. Fast track applications were at highest priority during quarter 1 of 2011.

I hope this information is of assistance to you.

I think it is VERY relevant to mention this for those at that point in the process. Many post-June-26 London applicants went "In Process" with the line "We started processing your application on 15/16/17 March" at about the same time. Therefore I don't expect this to be an isolated case, and this there will be many medical requests forthcoming for post-June-26 applicants in the next few weeks and months, just proving how totally wrong Mystic Nectar is.

I am just fed up with the utter, completely unfounded and unjustified, bullsh*t Nectar seems to be spreading around this forum. I cannot in good conscience just "ignore his posts".

If the coward would even ONCE have the courtesy to link a source to any of these wild stories it would make his posts more stomachable.

Dear SUNNYSMILES

You can withdraw some of your available funds from your bank account but try to maintain at least 80-75% of your required funds.
