In my case the E-Case showed Medical Received Line exactly after one month from Medical submit date to VO.
I hope you get it this month.

me too from saudi arabia but still waitiing for my ppr as i finished my medical and sent to London VO by june 2nd so i'm stil lwaiting hoping this week i can hear some good news

tell me when your ecase become medical result received

Hey..I am also sailing in same boat ...finished Medical on 11-06-2011 and waiting for PPR..seems that in July London VO has not given enough updates..may be they are assessing for final call...

Lets hope for the best..

I am from saudi arabia. I did not receive passports yet back from CIC london. I am not sure hom much days it takes in general

As per PPR it should take maximum 4-6 weeks.
and as per our Table below we have experienced that The applicant from KSA are getting their passports back within 30-36 days which is 4-5 Weeks and applicants from UAE are getting faster than KSA.

My passport was received in lodnon the 2nd of June 2011, my status is DM. BUT DON'T WHEN they changed it? I there a way to know the date of DM

3. Nationality
4. Share your complete timeline.

As per PPR, Your passports takes Maximum 6 weeks to be return to you, You should immediately write an enquiry to your VO and ask for your status.
You there is no way you can know the date when your status changed to DM.
