Hi Keny,

I agree with you that its is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL of CHC to behave in such an adamant way. Your case too was delayed beyond normal levels.

ONe of the reason why we face this is becoz applicants who have gone through this have not taken it up with CHC Strongly. If you see CIC manuals, CHC offices are bound to follow procedures and violations / grievances faced by applicants can be reported to higher authorities. Unfortunately people dont do that which allows high headedness to creep into few VOs/ CHC offices.

KWT18 earlier too struggled to get his passports back. Liferocks, Kayi, Kool_Virgo, you and I too face such delays. And still nobody has taken up the matter with higher authorites at CHC London or CHC Abu Dhabi.

At last a big full stop for the short journey (when i compare to my 2007 applicant brothers ) of 21 months of waiting and processing times.

Got my PP back with the beautiful shinning Maple leaf stamp today on 6/6/11.

Now the real action period starts 8) 8)

receiving the passport --- still waiting
