How did you receive your passports?

For those of you in Riyadh/KSA - how I got my passport - through Aramex Courier.
I had a SMS from the Canadian Embassy first thing on Saturday saying my package was coming by Aramex and what the tracking number was.
Aramex called me the next day to verify my address and they delivered.

I have not received my passports as of now....it has been 48 days. My consultant has sent a reminder as well but no reply. ECAS is still showing IN-Process?

I am too worried as u know in U.AE you cannot live for long without passports? Pls help.
