Alhamdulillah, I have received my PPs with the immigrant visas and COPRs today. Aramex delivered them to me this morning. The issuance date for the visas is 3rd April and they are valid up until 14th January 2013.

Delighted for you. U must be thrilled! I share the same time line with you with respect to PP receipt in LVO and our e-cas updated as DM in last few hours today(16/4). I guess our passports should be with us soon as we are only 50mins flights away from London

1. I sent my passport to London CIC ofc last Mar 29, 2012 for Visa Stamping. Since my medical will expire on May 03, 2012, should I receive my visa before the medical expiry date?

2. If yes, is it a condition of Landing that medical should remain valid on the day of Landing? I came know from some one that if visa is valid, medical expiry is not a problem for landing as long as passport doesn't expire.

Would highly appreciate, if someone can confirm me.

Not sure if I could help you at all.One question,did you receive PPR or u just sent your PP because your medical would expire soon?Secondly do you know when LVO received your PP? LVO timeline for stamping visa/copr is not certain but usually around 3-4 weeks after the receipt of PP. I guess you should send then CSE and also start getting yourself ready to complete the landing process asap.
Lastly do not worry about e-cas updating,it depend on the vo dealing with your application.

I noticed that your Medical expires in July, i guess this is what might be holding this up....

But I know one of my friends who got PPR after 15 days of his medical submitted and got back his PPs. within 15 days and his visa is expiring Feb.2013.

So have they requested new medical for you so far...
Even if they issue a visa for you now it will be valid till the date on which your medical would be valid, which is 364 days from the date of medicals.
So if you medical expires on 25 July 2012 than the visa will be valid till 24th July 2012 and you would have to complete landing for all on or before that.

Till today I have no news for visas. The E-cas is still "In Process". My 2nd medical is gonna expire on 3rd May. But CIC's passport returning time is 3-6 weeks. So, I cant contact with them as today is the third week. What a situation!!! May Allah save me.

if they issue a visa tommrow and give you back your PP then your visa will only be valid till 03 May and you WILL have to land on or before that.
Are you ready for this, if push come to shove.....,
I am no expert but i think they will do a new medical request , but CHC has a ability to surprise with thier decisions , so keep your fingures crossed and a prayer in your heart.... it will come around
