CHC LONDON FILE NUMBER & BARCODE

hi Nectar, i submitted my full docs to london since february 2009 and got 2nd AOR in march 2009. but my ECAS staus still shows RBVO. i reside in the UK. what do u think is happening and when do u think my application will be in process.or can they be processing without updating the online \status?.

As m also the applicant of Aug 2007, already done med last sep and still waiting for PPR, i asked couple of times to VO via email whether my medi was ok and how long it will take them to complete my b/g security checks n they always replied with the same answer its still on, I have the question that my barcode also says 013 on leftside, and as you mentioned that 013 stands for reserved thingy then why it take them so much time to rollout my PPR if its already been reserved i mean my med was recieved by them on 18 sep 10, and its more than 4 months?

I read different sites about backlog cases.CHC London not sincer backlog cases
fast track cases slow slow going to final stages.
but
CHC London and Minister of Immigration noting take interest.Backlog cases
we observe official web site statical date, totally fake,
if its correct, I ,we all applicant are suffer.
I think we all backlog applicant are fall in dark street.

one school of thought thinking they reject mostly backlog cases.

Firstly, i am new into this forum. I have a concern n query. I have filed for Canadian Immigrtion in 2008. My case is with the U.K London office. I have received my CHC Num also. it was in Feb 2008. And, the num starts with B 051. I would like to know how long its gonna take for the Process. I have sent the Papers from Kuwait during that time. Kindly, give ur feedback so that i have some hopes.

sorry to say but oct2007 to feb 2008 are on hold until further intruction from parliment
 
on my 2nd AOR from Buffalo:

top of the barcode : BXXXXXXX file number,
left side of barcode : 013 (what does means?). I am not pharmacy or medical NOC, my noc is 0213.
can you explain.

I am July 2007 applicant (CHC London), received my med request 7/April/2011.first 2 left number in my bar code is 04,what does it mean?
shall I have any hope to get my PR within next 3 months?

In North America (USA & Canada) the barcode is UPS.

CHC London is using UPS barcode instead of EAN (European Article Number) for client's application & background data.

Example:

In UPS, 0 is standard, 1 stands for 'Reserved' so 01 means your application has been reserved in a year's visa quota.

The third digit represents your occupation/profession e.g., 3 stands for Pharmacy/Pharmaceuticals related occupations.

For pharmacists the barcode will be 013 on the left outside of your file number barcode if the application has been reserved for visa issuance.

May I please ask, why would any visa office issue medical instructions for an application which HASN'T been reserved for visa issuance?
