Thanks for your valuable contribution, My full documents reached London VO on 24 Aug 2010, my current Ecase Status is" In Process" but with RBVO details.

1- In your opinion when can I expect to have my application assessed (Points calculation,paper screening and job verification) ?

2- when can i expect to receive medicals ?

Hi. The thing is that sending an application now will probably have completely different timelines to those experienced by pre-June-26 2010 applicants. The post-June-26 applications when they reach London visa office have already had the final eligibility review and the points calculation from selection+admissability done by CIO Sydney. This means there is much less work for the visa office to do. Just background/security checks + medicals.

We've seen medical requests already at Manila visa office, some people get a 2nd AOR + then medical requests literally within a few weeks of receiving confirmation of their final positive eligibility from CIO, Sydney.

Also CIC realise that in order to respond accurately to labour market needs they need to get the visas out to people whose occupations are on the current in-demand list in a timely fashion, otherwise there is very little point in having an in-demand list.

Timescales for post-June-26 applicants at London are still a complete unknown, but I think they will be considerably faster that pre-June-26 applications for the reasons mentioned above.

If you apply now to CIO Sydney with your full supporting documents you should expect to receive an email confirming a positive or negative final eligibility review within about 4 months, although that timescale is gradually getting quicker.

According to my knowledge CHC London has a target of about 3500 PR Visas per quarter plus about 500/quarter PR Visas for Islamabad applications in 2011.

Yes indeed it's not a crime, but it's bad thing. We shouldn't give non-authenticated info, no matter if they are right or wrong. He might be doing noble job, or just fooling us.

I believe it's unfortunate and unethical to deal with people destinies like this.

Imagine if someone, who truly thinks of the genuinity of such info, was told that his app was rejected. What would be his state of mind!

Look to the type of questions and soon you realize they talk to minister Kenney! And realize what I say.

i don't want to be harsh but i laugh on fools like those who ask when our medicals gonna come, i have seen this stupid question many times on this forum. mean who knows when some one's medicals gonna come , only God knows

and now some pasting their information and telling time lines and asking this mr. wiki / nectar leaks to predict when their case is gonna finalise. some body can even charge money by telling anything to these fools.
