Yes Ali you have to because on the website its written that this form will be submitted once the file number is assigned because you have to mention the file number on every page of it.

Finally got the AOR phewwwwww
and it says my application was received on 24-3-10 it means 3 months already gone
but this is kinda confusing my application was received by CPCM on 24th March and Approved on 20th April
so it means they are counting days since the application was received at CPCM

Any comments ? now preparing documents to send

Can you please tell me through which post you got the AOR, via Pakistan Post Office registered / normal mail Or through some courier? If that was registered mail then it must have a return address on it. If they couriered the letter, then through wich courier company. I am just asking for my knowledge. My file was transfered to them on April 23, 2010 and I still not get the AOR . Too much worried.

It was by Pakistan Post and was registered so mail man took the signature first just wait you will get one soon InshaAllah Probably this week

My wife has also sponsored me. My application was submitted to CIC-Mississauga on 2nd March 2010, Approved on 7th April 2010 ( Transferred to Islamabad) , Received AOR on 6th June 2010 along with supplementary form to fill.

My AOR also has only one date of 2nd March on which the file was originally submitted to Mississauga

My wife got her AOR today as well, exactly 2 months from when our file was transferred to Islamabad... Anyhow got the usual request, submit supplementary document included and also extra proof of relationship ie: marriage certificate, more photos with labels, emails, phone invoices, etc. Our file was transferred on April 28th from CPC-M to CHC-I, the date it was received in CHC-I was May 3rd and the AOR itself is dated June 23rd. Also says could take up to 9 months to complete the entire process, just wondering but should I count the 9 months from when CHC-I received the application or when the AOR is dated?

MY wife received the AOR on 1st July and she TCS the forms back on the 2nd July with her phone bills, as we had already submitted the pictures, original nikkah nama and chat print outs back in March with the Application.
