Same problem here... Don't know what to do now... People please help us... Our case approved but because of medical result we didn't get visa...IOM uploaded our result but with different ime number they didn't use the number which was given in the medical form

Salam when was the meds done as it takes about 2 days if all test are ok. Now if it was lost contact them and ask what is going on. And ask them to send to CIC.

I think some of you are making this process harder on yourselves. If CIC has not received the results contact them and ask what ######'s are you giving them. Tell them you paid for a service and if this continues Immigration may find another carrier to do business as they have no right to change #####

If all else fails contact MP then wait and see. Continuous emails to MP and CIC will make a delay in your case for at least 3 months. Also order your notes to see where they are in your case. You must have patience in this as all these emails is going to delay your case for sure as it has happened before to other members Allah is my witness to these words. I hope and pray all works out well for all of you In Sha Allah............

For faster process get your mp to call them! They will most likely reply to them rather then you! And going through the mp is positive for everyone anyways!

Do you know that contacting MP all the time is dangerous. As every time you ask him or her to check your case it can delay your case by three months and I'm not kidding............

one doesn't have to be in Canada to contact MP. Someone you know can visit their office or explain situation over the phone. They will send you a form to sign even by email you can sign and send it back to them authorizing them to inquire on your behalf.will inbox you in details MonaF.

I didn't contact to mp or CIC ...just mailed to lvo and Islamabad embassy ...

Yeah if you contact lvo or mp ALL the time. Thats an issue
But if you need some information and the actual lvo office is not responding.
then asking an mp then is beneficial..

Example: before i received my rukhsati letter. I emailed them and my husband emailed them regarding updates on our case.
i got ignored. As per usual. Then called my mp. They found out about this letter for me. Lvo told them to tell me to wait a month.
exactly one month later i called my mp asking for an update. She called them again and they said letter is still not in the system. Wait 4 weeks more. This was Wednesday. 2 days later the letter was in my inbox.

What does this tell u? That people at the lvo office dont give correct information.

Its okay to email. But not sooo much. in shaa Allah you will receive a response soon!

CIC also updated my status... We started processing 9 Feb 2015...is this a good sign?

Agreed - I contacted my MP and she asked me to come into the office to sign the forms, to which I asked her to email me the forms. I completed and emailed her the forms back and the same day she got the update from CIC. However, she didn't tell me that day and yesterday she said she was out of the office. Now, I've just sent her to email to get an update. So far nothing so I'm really scared that it might be some bad news - Allah na keray!!
