I sent my passport from Peshawar to Islamabad by TCS, but I didn't buy address label, now what will happen to my passport when Embassy issue my passport is the TCS will call me for collection????????????????

Instructions are always included when passport is requested.
Most people use TCS for sending passports.

Not sure what you're looking for in a sample. All they require are usually passports and photos.

I am permanent Resident and sponsored my husband
my time line is :
Applied july 2013 ( PR card was expired) I applied new one in August
AOR August 2013
File Transfered to london early 2014
Remed Request October 2014
Got an email with Remed to tell why did i applied late as we got married in 2009
Got an other e mail in Nov asking for the proof of updated permanent residency in Canada ( i sent the copy of my new pr)
Status changed from App received to in process and after the shifting of Cic office (Dec 2014) it again changed to App Received
Got my original documents back in Dec 2014
till now no update and status is App Rec

If you checked LVO website, it mentioned they are moving offices and were closed for a couple days in Dec 2014

I would recommend travel/medical insurance... for a few $ a month it gives you piece of mind and can save you a lot of headache in case something goes wrong.

You mean you did not submit the page from PPR2 where it asked to tear the part where you were to write your return address and contact info?
I guess best action would be to email LVO and inform them.

In the letter they email you, it will give you detailed instructions.
If you want to prepare beforehand so you can mail your passport ASAP... they will require 2 passport sized pics of applicant, the actual passport and your return address and contact info. on a form in the letter. It's very easy. You can mail your passport using any courier service but most ppl use TCS.

Mujhe nahi pata how to explain you...kaafi log app ko explain kerne ki koshish ker rahe hein, app ko samajh nahi arahi...

Yaar jub passport request ki email aai hogi tou uske saath aik PDF file as an attachment aai hogi... Uss attachment mein saari detail likhi hoti hein ke kaun se documents aur kis tarahh tcs k through send kerne hein... App ko apna file number bhi envelop pe mention kerna hota hai... Aur woh pdf document k 4th page pe aik lable hota hai jis per app ko apna name address or file number likhna hota hai... apna eye color aur height likhni hoti hai aurr passport k sath send kerna hota hai... Us ke ilawa ussi document mein ye bhi likha hota hai k app 2 photographs as per specification bhi bhejein aur un photographa ki back per apna name aur file number likh dein....

Ab iss se asaan alfaaz mein aur kia bataoon....

Ab seriously, kia garbar hosakti hai... Maybe thora process lamba hojaye app ka because ther may ask you for further label and photographs

Thanks you so much bro for a detailed reply. I will try to send them an inquiry and then send them additional documents including my last year visit. If I understood you well all this is so that they open the file. As there is no objection on our relationship being genuine.

Also forgot to mentioned that there was a Due date on Notes that passed this week, I was hopping they were going to do something before due date but again disappointment .

I see you are waiting since 2012 may Allah help you and all of us. Ameen
