didnt receive anything and a fight with lawyer he is saying he didnt receive it either
what should we do now?

they have objection that my hubby residing in uae but he was never been there
my father wrote a letter for financial support to daughter to spend her summer holidays with her spouse it was clearly stating that father is bearing all expenses of tri but they confuse it with husband what theses nonsense people are doing
what should we do now? please pm me or answer me here so confusing is the situation

Sorry to hear about the letter In Sha Allah everything will work out... pls send a letter explaining to them that money for the trip was for you. They tend to misunderstand letters that we have submitted not sure why.

I went through a similar situation where I submitted a letter stating that I will remain in PK with toddler daughter and return with husband to CA and they understood that I want remain in PK even after hubby receives his visa.

i have a quick question to you i applied for my wife in dec 2013 and my file send to london within a month the time i applied for my wife we didnt have any kid later on GOD blessed us with baby girl i add on my baby girl on December 11 2014 as a dependent add on application in Mississauga but i just checked my status today and its say decision made on my application office will contact you. my question is its only 10 days i added my baby girl i dont know if london visa office received my baby girl application or not ? i emailed london today already for it. what do you think about it ?

I think his case was reopened after winning the appeal ... March 2013 ... good thing they finally opened ur file and if I were you I'd expect 30 days wait time after sending those docs to Islamabad.
