how can you do your medical voluntarily without immigration letter, saying instructions bout your medical

My Medicals are expired since April of 2014. I have already set an appointment for my spouse on 26 Sep, 2014. I am doing medical voluntarily. So they don't delay me any further asking for it.
I am just curious if this helps my case in anyway? or I am just wasting my money or time??? Thanks

There must be some solid reason behind it for worldwide holdup which cannot be hide for few hours :'( which is violation of human rights .

For Pakistan it already on hold.......33 months .

What is the reason for freeze the cases? And what do you mean by freezing? According to understand its mean they will stop working on files but why? If i am wrong please correct. Thanks

So it means embassy opened today. And anyone else whose Passport received by Ahmed???
