Raheel when u sent them ur marriage certificate and through what mean( courier or email)
Actually i also received a letter from CHC london about not submitting urdu nikahnama at the time of application , through my agent on 3rd sept. i received the letter very late , it was issued on 20 th august.
It was really a frightening letter. I have sent them my original urdu nikahnama , its notarized english translation yesterday through DHL. i have also sent them photos of our visits after marriage.
What will happen next, i am very worried.
our visa officer is NXR.

Did they call you for an interview?? Or anything they asked for to prove the genuineness of your marriage?? They can't refuse straight away without asking for anything! Idk what the hell is wrong with CIC!!:/

That's weird!! Utter nonsense!! :/ no correspondence whatsoever since you applied? And then thy just sent you a refusal?! How strange! They are nuts!! Did you send any additional proofs after applying intially?

@Rabia.....Order GCMS notes quickly.....it will tell u the real reason why it was refused.

Raheel, UR wife gets any notification to by CIC that they r sending u medical request etc. or just u get an email as u r the application. I mean to ask that do they notify sponsor too along with applicant for any questions or updates
