but then all or almost all the new immigrants under the skilled worker category are gettig their cases done in UK. Even my brother sent his wife's application same month. his file went to isb and mine is re-routed to uk

so what is ur concern? Outside Canada, offices of CHC-London , ISB, Delhi and Hongkong work for Pakistani and Afghan National, All the FSW and Quebec applications process at CHC-London office including Hongknog and ISB.

Can you please let me know how long it took to get the visitors visa. i want to apply too but my only concern is that we have to submit the passport upfront so if in the mean time my wife gets remedical call then she wont be able to take her passport with her when she goes for medical. I applied for my wife in April 2012 and the file was transferred in July 2012 so i dont know if i will be getting the remedical call soon or not. Secondly, on what grounds you applied like what was the reason (I know she is ur wife but still what you wrote so that i can do same) and did you give financial support proof?

A very risky game, ideal time 60- 80 days, but CHC does not follow the timelines, rest u can understand well.....
further check online visit visa application procedure ,, might b u will find a safe way.......

I am one of the silent readers, visiting this forum when our immigration under the FSW was in process, my dad was the main applicant.
We landed in june 2012. I went back home got married and applied for my husband, my timeline is as follows
Applied : September 26, 2013
AOR : October 8, 2013
File transfer : October 8, 2013 (exactly 2 hrs after I got the first email)
And just now I got another email which says

Dear XXXXX:
This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on
behalf of XXXX and family (if applicable).

Previously you received correspondence from our office stating that your file was

it takes 2 months approx.
secondly meeting ur spouse is the genuine n valid reason to aplly for trv

For Spousal cases, qualification don't make any difference.

TRV is good for those who applies in 2013 as immigration policy makes it easier but for those who already got remedical request should not be apply for this. its just my opinion. what you say guys.
