Hi,
It seems like an automated response,as they told you to reply you within 15 days,lets wait and watch.if they reply within 15 days,it will be a lucky day for you, as they never reply with in 2 months, they only reply sooner when you process is very close to done.
And for other visa drop offices is just to get familiar. my wife done her medical on 29th July and still waiting. lets pray, may Allah make us sooner and easier.

Stop scaring people. What are you saying?

Immigration at airport in Pakistan (FIA), only stamps passports, they don't SIGN them. What do you mean by signing?
With an immigration visa and COPR, FIA has no legal authority to STOP anyone, unless there is evidence of tampering with any documents.
Most people these days have MRP (computerized passports), so it's a moot point nowadays.

Thousands of women travel and come to Canada to join their husbands, without any issues at borders. Yeah the officials may ask for money/bribe, but if all your documents are in order and issued by the Embassy, there should be no issue at all. those custom and FIA staff are just trying to make money that's all. There is absolutely no requirement to show nikahnama's at airport(s) anywhere in the world. It's just that people are too nervous or scared to give them the right answer. How can anyone not get through, given that almost everyone in Pak knows how to operate the latest smartphones and gadgets? Can't they record audio or video of these airport staff without them knowing??

People should be confident when traveling through Pak's airports, that's all....they only hassle those who are not confident, or very nervous, etc.

All major airlines servicing Pakistan have women and children traveling on them, PIA is nothing special. Believe it or not, it is on PIA aircraft that these so-called men are a problem, on foreign airlines they don't dare to do anything because they know what will happen to them. PIA's employees are always in the news these days, mostly bad. Remember the drunk PIA pilot who got arrested in the UK very recently? God forbid what would have happened if he flew the flight from UK to Pak?
The glory days of PIA are gone. Now there is competition and PIA is almost non-existant,rather, wiped out by its own people/employees.

My advice is, take anything BUT PIA. Because when delays happen, at least other airlines have extra aircraft and you won;t be left without accomodation.

anyhow i shared the experience of my elder sister, believe it or not, nobody bothers.........
further selection of airlines , choices are unlimited...............

yes , u must bring all proves, copy of ur Hubby's passport, Marriage certificate, ur original CNIC (only for Pakistani Airport, canadian do not check it , as they dont know urdu), complete address of the home in canada,,,
in Canada , hopefully u will not face any difficulty, if any odd thing occurs, u may call ur husband , being a canadian citizen he will be allowed to come inside at the airport with the permission of immigration officer.

What should be the account number for this payment.

I think you pay the fees online thru credit card or what ever is convenient you dont have to go through any Pakistani bank .. but I paid all the fees when I was sending my file to Mississauga and just attached my receipt to it ..so I dnt know what steps you will have to take to ensure the fee payment

nikkah nama sath le kar jana not for immigration paper but ye app ki life ki aik important documents me se hai u may need it ..coz of my frd when she applied for citizenship they ask her for original nikkah nama ,,canadian officials kabhi bhe kuch bhe require kar saktye hain

yes thats true pakistani immigration do that ,,,when i traveling 1st time to US the lady on counter say how u get visa why they give u visa and most stupid question was from where did u get this visa,,its mention on passport that visa was issued from islamabad,,,and i replied her that ask the embassy why they gave me visa i dont know and then she took my passport and left the counter and came after 25 min,,during this whole line behind me r give there comments like visa jali hoga passport sahe nahe hoga etc

khair Pakistan mai toh itni jugaar hai ke you can easily find a relative working at the airport and they can issue you or your spouse a pass to go inside with whoever is going to Canada .. and if u r going alone for the 1st time you can ask for connections at the airport and someone from Jerry's dnata or some other place can be with you the whole time ..my husband came inside with a pass to pick me up till the immigration and when I was coming back inside he came in till the immigration point as well.

It seems that CHC-I are giving out remed only at the moment. I believe they will give ppr in bundles In sha Allah. However, for now PPR have come to a stop. I ordered notes aswell, if want go ahead and do it also.

I am thinking its going to start raining before christmas. it happened last year too

yes, the same situation was with my sister, so i shared here,
you know at that point that officer told her, that he will talk to canadian embassy,how and why they issued you the visa etc etc......
then she started crying and came out from the airport,then all family told her " fir say jao aur bold ho k baat karo, kuch nai karay ga, then she went inside, aur security officer ko kaha, k " agar mayra plane nikal gaya tu muj sy bura koi nai ho ga" bus nak muah charaty howy os nay sign kar dia... duration of the entire process was abt 50 mnts,

my wife is Citizen of CA and she only doing job when they call her ...... which means not permanently job but she is looking for a job, so any idea if she is sponsoring me i hope its not a big deal in sha Allah right? btw, everything is done i mean they accept our application i mean in future is there any issue for us that why she is jobless??

So, my wife just got a call from CHC representative today.

Well, we made a little error. She had studied in Islamabad in a university for 2years and when they asked for the repcc with just sent the one that she is currently at. (Thought being a women with no criminal activity, it wouldn`t be a major problem). However, CHC is very picky on that. The agent called (nice mannered), told her to quickly send pcc of Islamabad (and that all her other docs are passed and good). They also stated that heR case is on "fast track" (whatever that means) and if she had sent the pcc of ISB, her case would be done by now. Anyhow, he said we could have sent a letter, but we called because we want to finish the cases so send it asap. (Means ppr are coming).

What i got out of this is:

-They don't review file prior to re-med (mainly). They look at it in great details after. (He was stating out dates written on the papers and other docs)
-They do criminality/eligibility/security checks after remed.
-They usually open remed files within a month (been 30days we sent in the documents)
-They have two tracks "fast track" cases and "the rest"
-PPR are coming InshaAllah.

SEND THEM ALL DOCUMENTS, WE THINK THEY DON'T NEED IT. OR THEY WONT LOOK AT THIS. THEY DO!!.
