my hubby also recive email from missisuaga and it says that file is transfer to islambad,,but then when he called call centre he got to know that file is in ottawa and that agent mention that if email address is from ottawa then file is in ottawa even letter says its from missisuga to islo,,,then we emailed both islo and ottawa but we get response from ottawa next day that file is in ottawa no replies yet from islamabad its almost 3 month

Okay..but as the agent said if the email address is from ottawa then the file is in ottawa...mu hubby didnt get the letter from ottawa...however to be on safer side i'll ask my hubby to email ottawa as well as cic isloo!

CIC has held many files in CPP-Ottawa and they did NOT do anything or help the Visa Office instead and after months they transfered the files without order
Now the Visa Office claims to have started processing the files based on the date they were received from Ottawa. However, that is NOT the order in which the files were recieved. There are huge unjustice
