plz help me.

my wife case started in Aug 2010. Remedical is done on Sep-05, 2012. Islamabad office asked for the passport in Nov and Nov 12, 2012 passports were sent. but at that time they told my wife that they are still waiting for medical results.

they are still waiting for medical results till Jan 03,2013.

my question here is that at IOM islamabad, my wife DID NOT recieve any paper in return except a receipt for the fee.

i have heard of this IMM1017 form. was my wife suppose to get any paper from IOM islamabad?

plz help what to do.

They send email on the address mention on forms

i am a nikkah case but we r doing the rukhsati oct 2013.
i filed my application in oct 2012
and in nov 2012 i recieved the following mail. my question is has my file been transferred to isb? cz in the mail it says u should contact ottawa office? what does tht mean? is it necessary for all files to be transferred to isb? if anyone here could help me out with this it would b great cuz im scared it hasnt been transferred yet. this is the only email we have recieved so far

so do u guys recieve a seeprate email saying ur file has been transferred or what?

my in laws sent the file on 20th January and according to this email they got it on 22nd January. and yes two emails were mentioned so that's why they mailed my wife. so my 55 days starts from today or from 22nd January?

Ali.. if it includes the UCI # then ur wife is approved as ur sponsor. When i got approved only i got the email as i am.sponsoring him. They dnt send emails to both the addresses.

It says it has been transferred.. to the VO abroad, which in your case would be Ottawa and not Islamabad just like us.

Yes, your 55 days start from 22 january. Usually, it doesn't take 55 days, you should get response earlier.

Hello all again,
I am filing for my wife in Pakistan and we are stuck with this medical thing which needs to be done before submitting the application package. Been trying every day the contact phone numbers and emails but totally no response for the medical appointment. Just no idea what is going on? Has any one else lately have done medical or going for it soon, please let me know how do I get the appointment for medical? My wife has also visited the IOM, Karachi and the person there said we don't give appointment dates here in person so please phone or email...so frustrating already!

If any one else facing similar issue or know better way to get a hold of these responsible please share.

My med is done last week, yeah that is a long n hectic thing to get appointment, I got my call received on 3rd day luckily. Do not send any emails it will put delay in your application.

The only way is to keep on trying but... after lunch break... try calling them after 2:00 pm
Remember you know/keep your Passport number with you as my 1st call was wasted just because I did not had my Passport with me to tell them my Passport Number.

My med took hardly 30 minutes
