u can do it at airport... but when I left islamabad in Jan 2015 nobody asked for it nor did I see n e thing set up at airport for polio vaccines... so if they need it they will have something set up at the airport for u to do it

When the tracking information says that ur passport has been dispatched from Islamabad it's means that they received it in the vfs office or we have to call them ask if we can come and rcv it or not ?

You know that if you arrive in Canada they will refuse Entry if you do not have your Polio Vaccine. And even at the Islamabad Airport they may not let you leave if you don't have this Vaccine. Even myself when I leave my Country I get up dates of all my Vaccines with a Booster Shot that protects me from people who do not have Vaccines. It costs a few Rupees and I do not understand when people hesitate to get this done. Do you know that Polio is a crippling Disease and can be prevented. You can pass this on to your child if your pregnant God Forbid............... So people its a easy Vaccine get it done ASAP In Sha Allah.......

Can I fill up these forms myself or do we really have to type it online and then print it?? Bcoz o filled up the forms on my own.

Sister its better to download forms and type it and then print it bcz two of forms need to be validate so type it validate it print sign it and take with you.what time your interview is on 19 march.
