Congratulations after remedical when you got passport request? mine 28 months over but I am still waiting for passport request.

My mom has 5 year passport and only have 3 years left on it,, Can she apply for 10 year passport without waiting for the old one to expire?

Thanks! Applied in feb 2013, add. documents and re-medical received in Sep 2014 from LVO, PPR1 and PPR2 received In Oct 2014, PP sent to ISB on 28 Oct, PP received with visa back on Nov 18.
