Shakeel, I heard if we apply for visitor visa and specially if its declined, it weakens our case. Is it true?

No . visit and permanent visa are two different things. visit refusal will not effect on PR visa.

Did u ever asked ur wife to apply for visit visa? I shld ask my husband to apply, or just wait. Allah ne chaha toh this year mein kaam ho jayega. mere sar ke upar se guzar gai aapki french. How long u been in Canada

see if you can complete your last semester there... out here the study you are doing will not be the same or equivalent to what you are doing there... most of the times people have to come here and upgrade... so yea... agar app ka visa extend ho sakta hai toh stay there and finish (if its only last semester)... if not, then finish the current semester, come over, and join a college/uni as an adult student and see what credits they will give you... hope this helps...

medical request form/ letter from CHC is the letter they will give u or email you, u need to take this with u when u go for medical checkup.u should have it, it contains things like IME No, Panel Physician Declaration, things like that.

Main visa office is now London. Islamabad just has to issue visa nothing else. WHY i am saying because London has to process the application and when you order notes it is very very clearly mention PRIMARY OFFICE---LONDON SECONDARY OFFICE----ISLAMABAD

Agreed! London is the main visa office. Those who plied through lawyers, their lawyers say that London is the main office specially for 2013 cases. So stop disturbing ppl pls with 33 months as their time line. Didn't u hear that Islamabad is not dealing with spouse cases anymore. It's only dealing with trv or student visas and other visas like that.

What if we didn't get anything informing us that our file has been transferred though?

Does that still mean that our case is in london now?

when i applied my notes in July .my file was assigned to an officer that time and in august i received a correspondence from them so i think in a month you will here something too inshalah.
