you will have to file a new application as you got rejection letter in 2013 and your husband paid off his debt in 2014, its my idea more you should contact cic call center they will guide in proper way.

they have given me timeline of 4 weeks in my PPR 2 i have emailed them regarding my PP return with Visa they have said i will get the PP in the due time limit In sha Allah. futher they stated that due to protests in ISB PP delivery was scarce. Lets hope for the Best In SHA Allah and i will get the PP soon .

i applied few month after u ,,,and got one email in june that file was transfer to london but actually file was transfer in feb ,,but hasnt heard any thing from embassy yet

I was told by the mp and my lawyer that my file wasn't transferred to London till this august..i applied notes in june but haven't received them yet..and now all of a sudden mp and lawyer are saying that my file was transferred in feb and they didn't know before cause my file wasn't updated..rest God knows
and when I keep asking if anythings wrong with my file,they say relax,alls good

I have been strictly prohibited not to contact them myself and that only my lawyer can do that for me..also,they say 26 months will be officially over in sept(which was the processing time whrn i applied) so they i should hear something this month
