Visited IOM Lahore today for Medical appointment and guess what... i got it for 26th August. i said to doctor ISB is not responding and he advised his staff to accommodate me.

TCS is now picking up and delivering from Visa Offices and hopefully it will all get on schedule soon. They delivered about 146 or 147 packages since August 13/14.Many to Karachi and some on the way to Peshawar since yesterday. The only thing is not many from CHC but some none the less. Hopefully some will come from them soon In Sha Allah.................

yes i met her personally i had to fill a.form and write down a brief story abt my situation how long been taken for the process after she called the cic to confirm where was my file and what stage they have reached caz sometime they dont update all the detail online but they told the mp there is a varification background check going which indicate the due date till 24 aug so my husband should get an email after tat if he didnt recieved an email by 24 aug contact us again so my mp told ne to wait till aug 24 so m waiting:'( if i dnt get any email by tat i will call her again tats wat she asked me to do call her back again after 24 aug

How can I contact Mp? What is the procedure? I don't know about MP.

When was your ecase changed to "in process"? and how long after that you gpt PPR? My ecase status changed to inprocess on July 24th, 2014.

Still are you waiting for passport request? I don't know what they are doing with us .I was happy that you got visa.I also got second time additional documents request on August 18,and first time I got additional documents request on January 3, 2014 and i am very depressed and shocked.

Asalaamolekum guys am really sorry for posting this very late ...as i have told you everyone that my case is not spousal case and i was following this topic after PPR because i only found this one active topic for Pakistan family category though i have joined this forum last year , My case was parents dependent sponsorship and my brother applied in 2008
I am dependent child in our case i was 18 year old when we applied, today i am 24 and m living alone here in Pakistan since 4 years as my whole family is living in Canada however you all know i had send my passport on 18th July and current situations which are going around Islamabad there was no hope to get my passport back and actually i wasn't expecting any tcs delivery but suddenly doors bell rang at 04:13 pm today 20th August 2014 and when i open i saw TCS guy in-front of me that *Moment* guys i cant tell you my hands were literately shacking while receiving that envelope till open and when i pull out COPR papers there was Stamped Immigrant VISA page (Opened Passport) in middle of those papers on that moment i was just and m still saying Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah Almhamdulillah
2008 - 2014 that was really journey of full challenges and hard time .. Trust me guyz its all matter of time dont lose hope ever just keep Praying !
I really want to thanks to all of you for being so kind & supportive every-time , this forum has really made my hopes always alive. i have learn so much about immigration in this platform and will continue.

When did you apply in july which date??R you sponsoring your wife or?I saw many july 2012 applicants are stuck including me when will LVO start issue visa to july 2012.

where u live in canada mp its the duputy mayor of the city where u live you can check whos the mp of ur area just call him/ her they will give you an apointment to meet you in personally u will fill up a form and authorize them to get access on ur file

Salam it's a Member of Parliament on the Federal Level not Provincial MLA.

And he is not a Deputy Mayor of any city but of a Province which is divided in sectors. After you make contact their Secretary can contact CIC Immigration on your behalf. and you need to fill out an Access to Information on your behalf. If you really need to see the MP Member of Parliament it needs an appointment and they are not always in the office. Wish the best for you In Sha Allah...
