Because of security concerns in Islamabad CIC and medical centers are not close but they have decrease the speed of work and because of this London CIC also pressed the break paddle. If London keep sending requests and Islamabad is not moving with them , they will have again bundle of files. So i think this is the reason why London is slow now. Its my opinion .

Many people who got correspondence in Jan 2014 did not hear anything from London yet. I think you should make a case specific inquiry to CHC London. It helped in some cases.

Did that no response- email sent 30 days ago plus nothing mentioned in GCMS notes as well ordered on July 9 2014

According to GCMS notes its in LVO no remedical yet GCMS notes states no medical required exempt due to EDE
