Hi All,

I am hoping if anyone who had a similar situation as mine would comment/share opinions. Basically we got additional document (pcc, schedule a, csq) request on May 12th 2014 and the package we sent was received by CHC-London on May 30th 2014 at reception by RASHEED (as per FedEx delivery of proof). Now unfortunately I have been told that the documents have not been recieved by CHC-London office (GCMS notes/MP). Getting all original police certificates again would take 2-3 months which doesnt make sense to me at all. Has anyone else had this issue? Has anyone else sent his documents and were received by "RASHEED"? Please reply if you have been in a similar situation.

Simply send them ur courier receipt and proof of delivery (scanned copy) also attach ur pcc and form with that. Simple. A few more ppl hv rcvd this mail so dnt worry.

Yes I got my notes in May last time and found out that my file was transferred to LVO in March and not like everyone else whos did in Feb.Check my timeline .

Folks, I got a PHEP Letter. It said to send passport as my visa is ready for issuance. Had to fill a small form in which write eye colour, height. Also send two photographs of me alongwith.

I'm really happy about this. Can anyone comment as of how long they are taking to return the passport with Visa? I need to reserve seats to be with my family asap. If I know average time to return then it'll be easier for me to book seat.

For information as everyone might ask:
My case was filed on Oct 2012 from Canada.
Medical done last year Oct 2013.
Case moved to London a couple months back when everybody had their cases moved to London.
I received this PHEP letter on July 28th
Sent my passport to Embassy on 4th Aug; received by AHMAD on 5th.

I pray everyone away from their family gets Visa ASAP. Ameen.

I also sent mine on the 4th of aug received on the 5th by Ahmed, don't worry inshAllah your passport is in the mail and you should get it soon.

A question for all the people who have been asked for an interview. Was there anything special about your case that led to an interview? I mean was it only Nikkah case or any age difference, 2nd marriage.

Salam, it may take a few days or weeks with CIC Islamabad you, me or no one can predict when it will arrive. I tell with what's going on in Islamabad right now TCS or others. But keep faith Allah knows better. Were waiting since July 07/14 for Pass Port to arrive In Sha Allah......

Normally Passport Returns in 12 to 15 days but that doesn't mean you will also get it in 15 days and you r going to book your tickets of next week that's the average figures of days i observed in this forum though some of Applicants received their passports in 5 to 8 days however few applicants received in 4 weeks
I wish and pray that you get in 15 days In Sha Allah
I would suggest you to wait for the passport to be return and then book your tickets as i have confirmed from travel agent that all the airlines are packed for August you would not get any ticket for Emirates at-least and PIA is also packed but you may get the tickets for PIA only if you confirm the ticket
am also away from my family since 2010 and i have sent my passport to ISL on 18th July 2014 since then m still waiting to be return and i have also confirmed from TCS yesterday that they are facing difficulties to deliver couriers from Islamabad due to tense situation there but they are Delivering with the delays of 2 days . so it is possible that your passport may b with TCS and it is delivering to you soon

Hi and AOA i have Confirmed from Canadian Consuler Service in Lahore They have said CHC Islamabad is open only 14 th August will be observed as a Off Day till any further Chaos.
